Representatives of DE-FACTO CORP took part in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference of leading Ukrainian security companies and directors of vocational institutions that train security and protection personnel.
The event brought together international participants from Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary, along with representatives from Ukrainian government bodies. Notably, Yurii Balaniuk, Head of the National Qualifications Agency, joined the conference and emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts between businesses, employers, and educational institutions in the training of qualified security personnel.
“Training specialists in the field of security and protection is not just a demand of the times – it is a strategic necessity for our country,” Balaniuk stated.
The conference addressed pressing issues such as the provision of security services during martial law, professional training of security personnel, and the development of new national standards in the field. A separate focus was placed on the growing demand for technical security solutions. For DE-FACTO CORP, participating in such events is an opportunity not only to share expertise but also to contribute to shaping new quality standards in the private security sector. We believe that close cooperation between the private sector and educational institutions is key to developing a professional, well-trained, and responsible security workforce in Ukraine.
