DE-FACTO CORP was founded in Ukraine as a professional security company focused on delivering reliable and comprehensive security solutions. Starting from physical guarding services, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary organization operating in three key areas: physical security, technical security systems, and information protection.

Today, we provide security solutions for corporate clients, international partners, and the private sector. The company implements modern video surveillance systems, access control systems, and integrated technical solutions, while also providing personal protection and security escort services.

An important stage in the company’s development was the expansion of operations to Odesa, where the subsidiary company SANCTUM was established in 2016. With its participation, the “Odesa Bodyguards Federation” was created. Company specialists have participated in national bodyguard championships and international martial arts tournaments. SANCTUM also takes part in the nationwide multisport project “Path of Champions.”
